Emily Taft

Emily was a beginner runner herself not that long ago and is excited to share her experience and provide guidance as your coach. She has spent the last ten years improving her running times while also working as a middle school math teacher. 
 
Her favorite part about teaching is making connections with each student and helping them realize that with time, effort, and the right mindset, they can learn math - she believes the same applies to running!
 
She will listen to you, offer encouragement and support, and design the best training plan specifically for you to meet your running goals.

Pete Rowell

Pete has been a runner his entire life, competing at the high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate levels. Originally a sprinter, he has moved up to compete on the roads including distances up to the marathon.

He believes running is not only a personal challenge but a hobby that can connect you with others in a way not many things can.

Pete focuses on the behind-the-scenes efforts of constructing training plans and workout planning.
